Integro el TangoBallet de Laura Legazkue en el acto de asuncion de Tabare Vazquez,y en la Cumbre de Presidentes del Mercosur.

Espectáculo “Color de Tango”, a modo de agasajo al bandoneonista uruguayo, Edison Bordón. En sala Teatro AGADU junto al cuerpo de baile “El choclo”. Dirección artística: Carmen Toledo.
Actuación en torneo sudamericano de danza, tango y folklore en escena. Gym on stage. Clasificado para participar en el Sudamericano. (Cuerpo de baile “El choclo”)
Bailarín del espectáculo “Tiempos de amor y tango” en Chiqué tango salón. Declarado de interés municipal.
Bailarin en el TangoBallet de Laura Legazkue.
Actuación en la primera “Cumbre Internacional del tango”
Actuación en la ópera Ana Bolera y ballet Coppelia junto a bailarines del Sodre. Dirección: Stefanno Poda.
Espectáculo junto a la Orquesta Filarmónica de Buenos Aires en el Conrad de Punta del Este.
Se inicia como coreógrafo del empresario y organizador de eventos Nelson Mancebo.
Actuación en el Festival Internacional “Viva el Tango”, sala Zitarrosa. Intendencia Municipal de Montevideo.
Actuación en el Segundo Encuentro Internacional de danza contemporánea Auditorio Sodre y teatro Florencio Sánchez.
Coreografías para espectáculo de Reina del Carnaval y Llamadas. IMM. Nelson Mancebo.
Coreografía para revistas de carnaval. Nominado a “Mejor bailarín del carnaval”. Jurados en coreografía: Marlene Artigas (Sodre) y Amanecer Dota.
Actuación en la declaratoria del tango como Patrimonio Internacional, decretado por la UNESCO. Palacio Legislativo.
Invitado por el Consejo uruguayo de la danza, baila junto a Laura Legazcue como pareja representante del tango en el lanzamiento del libro “Historia de la danza en Uruguay”.
Junto a Laura Legazcue – Pareja principal de bailarines de la orquesta “La Cumparsita. Matos Rodríguez”. Dirección del maestro Juan Manuel Mouro y coordinación de Alexis Buenseñor (presidente de AGADU).
Junto a Laura Legazcue – Primer bailarín de la orquesta del maestro Oscar Brum. Cantantes: Olga Delgrossi y Alicia Rainusso.
Auditorio del Sodre. Broche de oro a la exitosa gira por el interior del país junto a los mejores bailarines de cada estilo de danza.
Actuación en serie televisiva Uruguayos Campeones, del director Adrián Caetano (Disputas, Oso Rojo, Tumberos). Canal 4.
Coreografía de obra de niños Los Tatitos, Reina de Carnaval y de Llamadas.
Coreografía y asistencia coreográfica del musical “Chicago”.
Obtención de beca anual para la escuela de comedia musical “Valeria Linch”. Buenos Aires, Argentina.

01. Second fee reminder
CID Members are reminded again to send membership fee for 2010. Remittance preferably by cheque, otherwise by bank transfer, Western Union , or www.paypal.com Fee is always the same: 55 € for individuals, 110 € for institutions, 30 € for students (US$ 80, 160 and 45 respectively).
Only recipients of a letter of confirmation for 2010 can use the title of "Member of the International Dance Council CID-UNESCO"
02. CID Headquarters
CID has moved to new, more spacious offices at UNESCO. When in Paris , you can visit us at bâtiment 7, bureau 205. Postal address, phone and fax numbers remain the same.
03. Competition in Slovenia
13 June 2010, for young performers in contemporary dance, born between 1986 and 2001. Pieces of 2 to 3.5 minutes. Prizes between 200 and 800 euros.
04. Folk festival in Bulgaria
16-30 June 2010 on the Black Sea coast, inviting dance, song and instrumental ensembles with members under 30 years years of age.
05. Folk camp in Poland
Inviting groups of 15 young people aged 18-25 and 2 leaders. Offering accommodation, full board, local transport, excursions and eventually airfare. 26 August to 6 September 2010 .
06. Street dance training in Paris
Only for professional or semi-professional street (hip hop) dancers, 20-21/02/2010 and 12-18/042010, with 7 instructors.
07. Ballet competition in Germany
3-4 April 2010, choreography of 5 to 15 minutes and a solo ballet. Send DVD. Three prizes of 13,500 euros total, plus other prizes of 1,000 and 1,500 euros.
08. Festivals in Turkey
Ankara 13-20/05/2010, Istanbul 10-18/07/2010, Antalya 18-25/04/2010, Izmir 13-20/06/2010. Inviting applications.
09. Festivals in Tunisia , Bulgaria , Spain and Malta

Choreographer, dancer and Tango teacher.
TEACHER:
In Buenos Aires worked as a teacher at "La Viruta"; "Escuela Argentina de Tango", "Escuela Carlos Copello", "Club Gricel",
Milonga ”La Catedral”.
JURY:
-Jury at "Buenos Aires Tango World Championship 2011"(Campeonato Mundial de Tango de Buenos Aires 2011")
-Jury at "Buenos aires Metropolitan Tango 2011"(Campeonato Metropolitano de baile de la ciudad de buenos aires)
-In Russia was judge the GallaDance Moscow .
-She was judge at the“World Tango Competition in Tokyo”.
As a Jury member, she was in charge of examining and judging tango dancers of all over the world, where she shared
evaluation committee with Miguel Ángel Zotto in 2006 and Carlos Copello in 2007.
-Jury at "Uruguay Tango World Championship 2011"
-Jury in Dance for the "Competitive Funds 2008" Ministerial Education and Culture.
DANCER:
-Laura was Carlos Copello’s dance partner in the "Faena" Rojotango Show, the most important tango show in Buenos Aires.
-During 2008 and early 2009 work as dance partner Jesus Velazquez in the Esquina Carlos Gardel Company to international
tours.
-She danced in Roberto Herrera's company.
-She danced in the CITA 2009, the most important festival for Tango dancers in Buenos Aires (produced by Fabian Salas),In
the show The Night of the Masters“. She danced at the Festival Pulpo Tango Weeks 2009.
-She danced in the Broadway Company Cirque Goldberg’s.
Orchestras: she danced to Buenos Aires Tango Orchestra (Nestor Marconi, Raul Garello), Color Tango Orchestra Atilio
Stampone, tanghetto and Ballet director of the Philharmonic Orchestra Tango of Uruguay.
PRICES:
-She received the coveted award "Condor de Oro 2005" for her show “Tango Attraction” and also mentioned "Tanguera
Illustrious of the City” in Argentina.
-Award “Matos Rodriguez” 2010.
-She is the winner of two national “Best Dancer” awards and three more awards for her shows of tango dance.
-She was nominated for the “Joven Sobresaliente 2006 ” award and was elected as one of the best young artist in Uruguay at
that year.
